I have a hopper set to 200 and for some reason the hopper level is increasing to well over 1000. I have lowered the hopper to 100 and then I run out of leads.
Any ideas?

if you do a "SELECT * from vicidial_hopper;" do you see a lot of leads that have been reserved?
Do you have more than one server with AST_VDauto_dial.pl running on it?

I just cleared out the hopper manually (before I read this) I will check next time it gets up there.. I will tell you the vicidial_hopper table had -
- Code: Select all
mysql> delete from vicidial_hopper;
Query OK, 4734 rows affected (0.01 sec)
Yes I have 2 servers running AST_VDauto_dial.pl

what did the records look like before you deleted them?
Sometimes when Asterisk is not running or has just crashed, the auto_dial process will try to lace calls ad reserver leads in the hopper that don't get cleared out properly. That's the only time I've had problems with this.

For some reason it looks like 192.168.0.5 is reserving a lot of leads and not dialing them. I have not seen this happen this bad before, but the most recent release will now clear the reserved leads as well as all other leads in the hopper for a campaign when you clear the hopper from the campaign screen.
