post some output from the /var/log/astguiclient/agiout.206-11-XX file

make sure to include some output from the transfer AGI script within that file.

Do you have logging and AGI Output turned on for your server?

What is the logging location in your /etc/astguiclient.conf file?

If no agents are found(as his output shows), then noone is logged in and READY to take calls for this campaign/in-group.

Also, this does not seem to be complete output from that file. How are you pulling it?

when can you call the east half of the US?

could you separate your lists into east USA and west USA?

If you can, then you can just set the west list to inactive until 4PM.

when can you call the east half of the US?

Yes you would have to manually set the list to active at that time, or you could write a very small perl script to do it automatically.

Is this 4PM West-coast time or 4PM your local time that you want to do this?
