getting too many congestion....

i have an iax provider wich is dialing out to UK and it start calling... then returns giving me a Congestion whatever.. dont know why i have 2 lines per agent and i have like 200 $ on the account and i can have as many lines i want but this is getting on my nerves... im wasting too many numbers because of this.. i tried another iax provider and doing the same thing. it wasn't before... what do you think it could be?

it seems that your provider put out a limit of how many channels you can dial simultaneously. Please consult your service provider.
