Champaign, Leads, hopper !!!

Hi,
I tried to force reset of hopper, but it sem not working it still 0 leads and I can never rest it

Please do make sure that the GMT settings of the desired list, is within the allowable time of that campaign...

also.. make sure that a list is loaded into this campaign.

make sure your VDhopper is running at crontab..

by type screen -r or crontab -l to list your crontabs. also check you dialing hours.

Dialing Hours and the following as well:
1. Server time and the time zone - using command line
2. Timezone set on the 'server' page of the Phones section

We faced a similar problem where the server time (using command line 'date') showed a certain timezone but the server page (that's a link off the phone section) showed a different time zone.

Note that in campaign edit field u have option to select which leads to dial ( 3-4 options ) Default is set to only new .. so hopper will reload only those leads which ar newly added .. if by any chance u r rotating same leads. If you want to include no answer, busy,etc once on hopper reload then select them in other coloums .. I had same issue but figured out this . Hope this helps
