Things had been working fine, but a series of events occured and now autodialing no longer works (with some other symptoms)...
1. We lost power which caused both the db and asterisk/vicidial machine to go down
2. When the machines came back up, things were moving along just fine
3. After an hour or so, we noticed that the asterisk server's time was exactly 12 hours ahead, so we adjusted it.
4. The time change somehow caused a jam in the vicidial_auto_calls table, so we had the agents log out, cleared that jam.
5. Afterwards, no dials will go through via autodial
One note, it appears as though vdautodial log is showing no live agents logged in, even when there are.
