Closer-Agents - Is there's a way to answer specific calls?

Is there's a way wherein agents from closer campaign choose whether to answer specific inbound calls or not? And will it work on a blended campaign or only on an inbound campaign only?

And how can we use inbound_popup.php? Does it works with vicidial.php?

No, there is no way they can choose on a call-by-call basis whether to answer a call from an in-group they are logged into.

inbound_popup.php only works with astguiclient.php.
