agi-VDAD_LB_closer.agi vs agi-VDAD_LB_closer_inbound.agi

Postby gardo » Mon Jan 29, 2007 8:26 am

hi matt,

i noticed that when im using agi-VDAD_LB_closer.agi instead of agi-VDAD_LB_closer_inbound.agi in my inbound extensions.conf, the calls in-queue are not showing as "calls waiting" in the campaign's realtime summary. whereas, when using agi-VDAD_LB_closer_inbound.agi, calls that are in-queue are showing. what's the difference between the two aside from being prompt for a 4-digit number with agi-VDAD_LB_closer_inbound.agi?

using astguiclient 2.0.1.

The closer script is for transfers coming from fronter VICIDIAL agents. To do inbound calls you need to use a script with "inbound" in the name.
