Hello all,
I am having a campaign in which Local Call Time is set to 9am-9pm calling. But no leads are loaded into the hopper till the server time is 10am. What could be the reason for this 1 hr delay?
Please help

u do not have any leads ready or allowed for the numbers (client) being called
say u are calling EST, when u started it is still 8am there

My server time and the numbers which are being called are in the same timezone. I can confirm that the local time (where the numbers are located) and the server time is the same. So when its 9am on the server, the leads should be ready to be called
