whats lead_hopper mean IN the vicidail_campaign table

It is "Minimum Hopper Level"-setting in "campaign settings"

From Administration: Help:

Minimum Hopper Level - This is the minimum number of leads the VDhopper script tries to keep in the vicidial_hopper table for this campaign. If running VDhopper script every minute, make this slightly greater than the number of leads you go through in a minute.
