how to create an account for a client that using sip?

i succefully install asterisk 1.2.14 and i can dial 's' to listen the demo.
and now i wan to call to a client.
So how i create an account for it?
im using sjphone here.

Are you asking how to configure Asterisk or vicidial?

For creating accounts, and other general things for asterisk, you must go first to www.asteriskguru.com or www.voip-info.org. They have good tutorials. Then after you have a good base in asterisk you can go ahead with one predective dialer
