Postby kamirie » Sun Apr 15, 2012 8:29 pm

Good Day ,

Scratch Install
VERSION: 2.2.1-237
BUILD: 100510-2015

Asterisk version : 1.4.21.2

This server is running good and normal until we transfer it to another office and changed IP addresses of our server, I run the update ip script ,but for some reason the server ip/phone/conferences were not updated when i checked on the web Gui. So i tried to changed them manually , after changing everything manually , i was able to make outbound calls using eyebeam but whenever i try to do agent log-ins i will here this voice prompt "this not a valid conference number please try again" and in the show conference on agent gui this is what i see as conference "08236568" not the usual 860001 or so. .

Code: Select all

1) you should run the update ip script again. i've had several instances where it failed. run it with a blank "before" ip and the correct "after" ip. Run it again for each IP address your system has ever had in the past (all with the correct "after" ip of course).

2) I see you are posting your version numbers, but not as complete as you should (primarily the installation method's "link"!), but here's my standard help in that area (although you have a lot of it this could help you to supply more):

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3)
