Auto Dial Without Agent

I want to setup a campaign withput agents logged in but server should dial number just ringup and hangup
is it possible in Vicidialnow 1.3 CE

Please post your entire build number and configuration before posting.

It sounds like you want to do a "RoboCall" style-campaign, which is definitely possible in ViciDial. Have you read the Manager's Manual? It details specifically how to do this.

So as I understand you, you want the system to call someone, ring their phone once or twice, and hang up? First and for most I should point out that this sort of dialing is illegal in the United States. If you are not calling the US I suggest checking the laws in the country you are dialing. You can get in a ton of trouble very quickly. In the US you must ring the customers phone for a minimum of 15 seconds and you have to send the call to something. You cannot just hang up on people if they pick up. It is considered nuisance calling and can get you in big trouble. On top of this it will piss off your carrier as your connect rate will be effectively 0 and they cannot bill you for this.
