Just need a quick confirmation. When setting up state call times, are those start - stop times for the time zone the state is in or for the time zone the server is in? It is kind of open to interpretation. I can't find this in the manuals or the forums.

When using a call time in a campaign's Local Call Time it is always local to the lead. The big thing to remember with the state call times is that you have to have the state field populated in the list.

That's what I thought. We have an east coast list that we start calling @ 7am central. The leads have the correct GMT offset assigned to them but it would not call them until I lowered the east coast states start call times to 0700, my server's current time.

Then there is something wrong. Your state call time should be when it is okay to start calling that state at the time in that state. IE if you want to start calling them at 9am EST you would set the call time to 0900.
Make sure that the timezone for the server is set properly in Linux, in PHP, and in Vicidial. To set the Linux timezone is dependent on your OS. The php timezone is set in the php.ini file. In Vicidial go into the Admin -> Servers section and make sure the GMT offset is set properly for the server. Do not adjust the GMT offset for day light savings time either.

All is set except I did not know about the php.ini setting. Is it the line that is commented out under Module Settings called date.timezone = ?
