Vici Dial as Call Recording Solution

Hi All,

I just want to know that, can I use vicidial as a call recording solution for my contact center based on cisco ipcc......and also is vicidial support skinny sccp protocol?
Help require.

Vicidial is not a telephone engine. Asterisk is a telephone engine, Vicidial "controls" that engine.

That being said: Any trunk or phone/device you can get to work in Asterisk can be used in Vicidial.

I am not familiar with "cisco ipcc", nor skinny sccp. But if you find that either can be used to provide a trunk/carrier/phone/whatever to Asterisk ... after that these items can be used within the Vicidial system to provide Phone or Carrier services.
