Various OS's
Agents like to login prior to start of day's work. Problem is, that when they log in, no matter how fast they go on pause, dialer starts making calls. Is there an option so that on login, agents go to pause state immediately? Current situation means lots of dropped calls at start of day.

When agents log in they are already put on PAUSE by default, the system will not set them to active(READY) automatically.
