Call is ringing but no way to pick up from eyeBeam

Hello, first of all, thanks for all of your efforts. I can't imagine how I could've possibly start my business if it weren't for your work.
Here's the suite I am using.
GOautodial CE 2.1
Vicidial SVN 2.4-309a BUILD: 110430-1642
Asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici
DAHDI 2.4.1
Sangoma Wanpipe 3.4.20
CentOS 5.6

My problem is that when I try to call the number that is supposed to be my agent's, I hear the phone ringing but it doesn't show on my softphone (eyeBeam).
I've configured a new carrier, SIP, it's a french system called audiotel. I made all the settings as explained by my clients. Everything seem to work fine, except for my agent to answer.
I have this problem with one agent who's on the computer I used to make the settings.
On the eyeBeam screen it shows : Ready. (as normal)
But it seems that my server isn't leading the number to the softphone.

I think that I screwed the link when I logged in admin mode.
On the vicidial admin area, it shows that the agent isn't logged in.
I tried to log but it doesn't seem to work, it stays on the login screen.

1) What have I done wrong ?
2) Is there a way for me to log the agent with admin mode ?
3) Is the agent supposed to log in on the web interface even though he's just supposed to receive calls ?

I am sorry if my questions aren't clever, but I am a real beginner.

Logon to the asterisk cli and type
Code: Select all
core set verbose 10

you should be getting a lot of messages. Read through them, although not easy to understand at first you will notice that it is somewhat explainatory if it fails to reach the extension. Post it here if you'd like maybe we can help you find the way around.....

To stop the msessages type:

What I don't understand, is that it was working alright.

As for my other question. Is my agent supposed to log into the web interface, even though he's just supposed to receive calls and not make them ?
Did I do something wrong by logging to the admin area on the eyebeam's computer ?
