hi,

i got an new issue... i try manual dialing using vixibox agent's GUI, it runs perfectly but when i check the asterisk it shows this error :

the call is still connected but in the vixibox agent's GUI it shows "CALL HANGUP"

always post your vicidial version WITH BUILD.

To be clear: it runs perfectly OR it shows "Call Hangup" even though the call is still live?

Also, are you saying the dialer works in manual mode but not autodial? or neither?

Have you tried another Carrier?

What is your server load? How many calls? (when this happens)

How much bandwidth do you have?
