All installation and configuration problems and questions

SO we have a team of dialers who every morning when we go to start dialing. They sit and wait for inbound calls. for some reason
in the AM the next day our dialer sits idle. We try reseting the hopper, we turn the campaign on and off, we even turn of the ratio
Does anyone know why this PROBLEM is occurring ??

If they are waiting for inbound calls, why would you be resetting a hopper / be surprised by an idle campaign?
