Hello I am fairly new to Vicidial and my boss has asked me to set up a filter that will pull Leads out after they have been dialed 7 times. We are not allowed to dial numbers from certain campaigns more that 7 times. My question is first is this possible and second i am unfamiliar with SQL and i know this is a very sensitive area to mess with a database can anyone help me out with this please?

The new campaign feature "Call Count Limit" in svn and branch 2.4 now allows you to do this without using a filter.

And the called_count > 7 is great but i thought about one more thing. I can only call leads in this campaign 7 times so ultimately i need to have the leads call 7 times pulled out..the kicker now is that if in those first 7 calls if one was dispositioned as a call back then i can call them as many times as i want is there a way to take out all leads call 7 times except the ones who's status is a callback
