CANNOT GENERATE EXPORT CALL REPORTS

Hi,

i am trying to back track records of calls in VICIdial for the month of January 2012. but after i choose all needed categories, it says "there are no outbound calls during this time of these parameters"

are VICIdial doing auto archive? if yes, where can i get those data?

stop overcomplicating your query and choose a more basic set of criteria. If you choose too many parameters thinking the system will choose calls that match "any" of your chosen items, you will be disappointed. The calls must match ALL chosen criteria. Baby steps: Choose just the campaign and date first. Then search again adding criteria as you go (one at a time!) to find your error. Fairly common misunderstanding.

Hi,

i tried pulling the records from Single agent daily and team performance daily, but still i was not able to pull out any records/data anymore. it says " No Agent found under these report parameters". i even tried back tracking way back November 2011, but still no records found.

for the user groups, i only choose one user group, then for campaigns, i chose ALL CAMPAIGNS.

Choose all user groups ... in fact, choose all of everything. Widest possible aperture to get data.

Also: post the URL (you can leave out your domain/ip address) of the page which is offending you. :)

Just my 2 cents worth. I think it might be happening if you move your agents to new user groups. We've got a similar situation here where the agents were reallocated to new user groups at the beginning of this month, suddenly their stats don't appear in the Team Performance Detail report for last month. However the information is still in the vicidial_agent_log table and has not been archived.

Strangely though, the information still appears if we pull the Agent Performance Detail report for the same period and the same (old) teams, it's just the Team Performance Detail report that isn't a happy camper.
