Problem in Dialing

Hi please help me,
I'm new user of vicidial, i'm using VICIDIAL web-client version: 2.0.5-206 When i log in as agent i can't call in auto and maunual dial, i got this message after 3 minutes 'No one is in your session: xxxxxxx ' and all the customer info field is empty.I upload the leads like the tutorial i found in youtube..

Have u configured soft phone correctly?

I don't know because other experience person is coming yesterday an configured the soft phone .Please can you tell me how to solve this problem.

For starters can u check ur soft phone on that machine. A working soft phone is suppose to be running. Then when u login to th e dialer that soft phone should be ringing, with that u should answer it so a the could be complete connection between web and soft phone

Is your softphone registered? Do you have access to the CLI?

Hi, i am a new user of Vicidial web client. My softphone rings when i login as an agent. But when i click "Dial Next" button, it displays the customer info, i do not hear any ring and in a couple of seconds, i receive this message "DIAL ALERT:
Call Rejected: CONGESTION
Cause: 21 - Call rejected."
Please help me why is it popping this error and any solution to avoid this.

Why dont you upgrade to a newer version of vicidial the newest is 2.4
Many bugs have been solved since version 2.0.5

post your sip settings used in the vicidial.

also post the output of the below commands in asterisk cli

sip show peers
sip show regitry.
