Hi Support!
We are experiencing bad lines during transfer between in-groups (warm transfer). Sometimes the agent1 can't here the other agent2, but when the transfer is complete (agent and customer only) everything is back to normal.
Second, when an agent do a manual call and the agent reached an answering machine/voicemail/ivr and they have to leave a message it is showing " rtcp too short", and when this happens it is affecting our line, some of the agents line becomes choppy, but after leaving a voicemail and done with the call, everything is back to normal.
Need your your help badly.
