Is it normal behavior to have an ADC status lead pushed to two agents at the same time even though it appears only once in the active lists. I'm not sure this is even a problem but I can't explain the lead log:

System status ADC has only "unworkable" set to Y as per default.
If this is normal behavior, can I make sure the same lead doesn't get pushed to two agents at the same time?
