Manual Dial not allowed, lead not in list?

Trying to do a manual dial and Vici won't allow me... it says the lead is not in a list. What happened?

Sounds like you have a manual dial filter enabled on your campaign. This is normally done to prevent agents from calling number that are not in your lists such as their friends, and wasting time on those calls.
