Sorry, I've never used this feature. However I could offer some insight from similar issues brought by clients.
It is not expected that you have leads in vTiger that you do not have in Vicidial. The expected method is that ALL leads begin in Vicidial as limited information Raw Leads. After discussing with a lead, you'll fill in more information, still in Vicidial. After making a SALE, you'll "push" the lead from Vicidial into vTiger. This means that the information is now in both places. Upon dialing outbound from Vicidial (as a result of clicking on the click-to-dial in vTiger), your Vicidial system (if configured properly) will look up this lead in its local information set and use the pre-existing lead (which should give you that information stored earlier in the process!). This would also allow your web form to link back to vTiger to the original record (even if the call was inbound instead of outbound).
