Drop-down menu or other idea for 56 statuses

We have a Sales campaign with multiple items in Spanish and English, and total number of statuses needed are 56.

1.Is there a way to give the agents an option of dispositioning in Spanish or English?
2.Is it possible to have the agents click SALE or NOT INTERESTED and then give multiple options?

I have ran campaigns in the past with 36 statuses, and it drives the agents nuts. Also slows down production while they search for the correct one.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

1) Sounds like a Feature Request to me! (Post it in the "Features" board with a link to the "Vicidial Issue Tracker" item you are about to create in the link at the top of this page)

2) Welcome to the party! Seriously consider sponsoring the feature, since sponsoring it with The Vicidial Group is the only way to ensure that your addition becomes part of the software forever.

3) Sub-Dispositions is not something I've heard talk of before, but it is intriguing. I wonder if an odd solution of using the agent api combined with a Script/IFrame would suffice before the feature is added (having the agents "disposition" in an iFrame in the script tab instead of the main agent screen).
