Vicibox Redux 3.1.15 | Vicidial Version 2.4-364a | Build: 120409-1136 | Single Server | X9SCL Micro ATX | Sangoma A102DE
We have redundant servers and need to know where the voicemail recordings are stored when created using the Comedian mail 8500 option. By this I mean the outgoing messages, not messages received. I need to copy those recordings to the redundant server.

Pure asterisk question. Vicidial does not alter the Comedian mail default file locations. I've never looked but I'm sure it is well documented in the Asterisk system

The per-extension voicemail messages (like "Hi This is Mike, leave a message" kinda' thing) are saved in /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/<extension #>. Right inside of that you will find some wav files (the different greetings eg. busy.wav, greet.wav, unavail.wav) and also if you go further down into INBOX you will find the actual voicemail messages lefto for this extension.
Is that what you were meaning to find?

That is exactly what I was looking for. I actually found it this morning and was coming to update the thread. Thanks for your insight.
