Dial timeout, your experiences: cell vs landline

Hi all,

Just wanted to see what people here keep their averages at for dial timeout. I mean, the maximum that they keep it at without triggering a voicemail.

For me, for landline lists I've found 18 seconds to be the best for not triggering voicemail but giving enough time for somebody to answer. Have you found any differences when dealing with cell phone lists?
