Vicibox Redux 3.1.15 | Vicidial Version 2.4-364a | Build: 120409-1136 | Single Server | X9SCL Micro ATX | Sangoma A102DE |Hi-Res Manager Manual

When using blind monitor through the real-time reports option, the calls are being recorded to the voicemail of the monitor account. There is no campaign associated with the monitor account and I am unable to create the phone without a voicemail entry. We force recording on all calls, however, when comparing this dialer to older installations, the settings are consistent. I can manually clean out the box in asterisk but shouldn't have to. Please advise. What am I missing?

How are these calls being recorded? What settings are being used to cause recording? Is this in the campaign settings? Ingroup Settings?

Share the details of how it is set up and we may be able to figure out why this is happening.

Yes, I have read the manager manual. Campaign recording is set for ALLFORCE. There is no campaign associated with the monitor accounts. When I tested it, I was able to reproduce the issue but only when opening multiple sessions as opposed to hanging one up then opening another. With 3 sessions open, the system switches from agent to agent for the monitor to hear. If I try to open more than 3 sessions, the system does not show a call attempt, however, It seems as though Vicidial attempts to call the monitor phone and goes to voicemail if it doesn't answer.

I think we have some vagueness. Please describe, in detail, your "blind monitor" setup be clear the fuzziness.

Also describe in detail the "we don't have a campaign" setup you are using. Lost me there, too.

Log into the admin console using the monitor account. In Real Time Reports use Monitor option to Listen to agents. Click "Listen" for 3 agents WITHOUT hanging up and the sessions switch from one agent to another depending upon which has an active call. Click "Listen" on more than 3 and the sessions begin to be recorded as voice-mail messages for the account monitoring.

Well, that is definitely more descriptive.

So, provide some Asterisk CLI output from that predictable 4th call. I bet your answer is in there. :)
