Here is the scenario..when one of our agents trying to transfer a call it was succesfully transffered for the first one but when he tried another transfer call then it wont able to transfer a call ..it says "contact your administrator" <-- the vici pops up.
and now im trying now where is the problem came from.. is this our server or to the number that we want able to transfer.
Here is the settings in our server under campaign:
Transfer-Conf DTMF 1: ********** (10 digits phone number)
Transfer-Conf Number 1: **********(10 digits phone number)
Enable Transfer Presets: ENABLED
Hide Transfer Number to Dial: DISABLED
Quick Transfer Button: PRESET_1
PrePopulate Transfer Preset: PRESET_1
any help?
