Everything that you want to exchange between Vicidial and CRM ... you tell us what field from which application goes where in the other application and what triggers this move (ie: disposition? data entry on agent screen before disposition? Midnight? Call Start?) and we create a custom script that accomplishes the task based on the need. Every integration (to date) has been different from the last.
