Leads' campaign got changed.

Hi. Please help on this. We currently have a running system but we have this ongoing issue. A lead's campaign will automatically get switched to a different campaign for no apparent reason. Only one thing that I can point out is that this happens when the campaign disposition status got changed, although I'm not sure about the root cause here.

If you would take a look below, you would see that as soon as the disposition/status got changed, the campaign got changed too. This lead is under "Pinnacle" campain, not "EagleAlarm" but it says right here that (with EAGLALRM statuses). Please help.

please remember to ALWAYS post your Vicidial Version with Build. This is a requirement to ask for help on this forum (paid for and maintained by The Vicidial Group, the creators of Vicidial, the software that the "GoAutoDial" installer actually installs ... so please do them this one favor and always include it! LOL). The version with build is included on virtually every admin page (although the goautodial installer may make this confusing by putting the Version with Build directly below the GoAutoDial Logo!). Considering the amount of information you posted, I suspect you just didn't know. :)

Back to our regularly scheduled programming ...:

Was this lead ever an inbound call? If so, it is possible that the inbound call was transferred to someone in the other campaign which "switched" the campaign. It is also possible that the list was moved (even if only temporarily) or that an outbound manual call was made with the appropriate settings to "search" for the lead during manual dialing.

Seriously consider upgrading your Vicidial to a later version if you are at 2.2 or below (Vicidial is now stable at 2.4 and using 2.6 for most new clients ...). There have been a great many bugs squished and a lot of new features. (I personally like the new Quality Control queue ...). :)

Once again, the master William Conley resolved the issue. I was able to duplicate this and found the root cause. The phone number(lead) is listed at Pinnacle campaign. I logged in as a user for on a different campaign (EagleAlarm) and dialed this lead manually. The campaign here just changed to EagleAlarm even if I'm still on the call.

Resolution: When making an outbound call(manual dial), make sure that you are logged in on the same campaign where the lead is listed.

What is your Vicidial Version with Build? (required)

This is not Vicidial, it's goautodial (which is just the installer of the Vicidial software ... not the actual Vicidial version):
GoAutoDial CE 2.0 Installer

You can also modify the manual dial lookup to limit the lookups to the present campaign lists ... or not allow "manual" dials at all, since there should be a systemic reason to call a client, the agent should not be left to make these decisions. We try not to require our agents to think or remember ANYTHING other than the Pitch. (which also reduces their temptation to just sit there and think ... while chewing fingernails and jabbering with their neighbor ... just stay logged in and talk to the whomever the Vicidial Gods place in your conference with you, read the script ... be happy ... make me money, LOL).
