Remote agents call transfer to another agent or external num

i am using vicidial for inbound callcenter and using remote agents to receive calls with ringall startegy

here remote agents means they are the registerd sip peers in Xlite /eyebeam in same lan (bcoz i dont want to login to the agent screen for time being)

now i need to know or is it possible to transfer a incomming call to another remote agent or a outside number or a sip extension.

while transfering i am getting blind transfer not allowed or active.

This would be an asterisk function. Ordinarily you can press #, dial the extension to transfer to, #, talk (optionally), and hang up. This may require a T or t in the original dial string which generated the call to the remote agent.

today i noticed that it is not working in the Goautodial based system.

it was working fine in another system installed from scratch vicidial 2.6 version.

Did you check the command line interface in asterisk to see if the original agent is being called with "t" and/or "T"?
