phone login and password are not active in this system

I've set up my vicidial server and i was followin the tutorial in order to create a test campaign with relative activated agents.

But when i try to log in my agents the following message appear:

Sorry, your phone login and password are not active in this system....

I've found the Asterisk CLI and i gave the command SIP SHOW REGISTRY and i found that my VOIP DISCOUNT account is well registred.

Any suggestion?

are you using the right login details for your phone..? verify by going to ADMINISTRATION // ADMIN // PHONES// and selecting the phone in question.

Also, i got this error once when i had a really complex password...

99.999999999% of the time this is a phone logging password error.
however the other
00.000000001% of the time is because people forgot that bulk insert adds phones with an "a" postfix

phone 6000
login for phone 6000 = 6000a
etc
