QC System Statuses

Postby Vince-0 » Tue Jan 15, 2013 9:14 am

Hi!

I'm trying to use QC statuses as per the QC_process.txt document. I just don't get the “Quality Control” left menu at all.

I've checked:
QC features enabled in System Settings
Campaign QC enabled with multiple statuses
QC user permissions enabled just for admin user during testing
Agent only call-backs and manual call enabled

Admin -> System Statuses -> QC Status Codes page does not show “CANCEL”, “PASS”, “FAIL” categories but I can add a status but can't delete it:

"QC STATUS CODE NOT DELETED - Please go back and look at the data you entered
the qc status code cannot be a reserved status: B,NA,DNC,NA,DROP,INCALL,QUEUE,NEW
the qc status code needs to be at least 1 characters in length"

I just added a status QC1 to test - there is no reserved status shown there.

I'm sure the version I am using is capable of using the QC process. Do the new manuals have documentation on this QC functionality? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

you need to upgrade to a more recent svn/trunk.
