Call Dispo URL

Hi

I am wondering how to check if my call dispo url is working.

I have a script which is I hit it from a browser with http://server_ip/calldispo.php?lead_id=xxxxx&dispo="SALE" works fine.

When it is hit by the system it does not work.
In the campaign i have
http://server_ip/calldispo.php as the call dispo url

I am unsure as it is not displayed if it is an error in the code or if it is infact not hitting the script at all.

Any ideas on how to debug this?

use the apache log on the machine expecting the "hit".

if you don't have access to it, modify the url temporarily to pull another page from the vicidial system to use the apache log on your vici server (those logs ARE on and accessible )

you can also point it to the local ./agc/vdc_call_url_test.php file which will log what it received to a file in the agc directory.

Well firstly I found that the .htaccess on the folder with the script was blocking it from running so I had to allow the localhost in the ip based .htaccess
That still did not fix the issue. But now it was at least launching the script.

I tried matts suggestion and got the following in the text file

Which to me seems as if the url is being hit but without and data being passed.
Any ideas how to fix this?

What exactly do you have in the Call Dispo URL field?

Same as we have in the web form button. Well except calling a different .php file.

Do I need some variables on the end with the dispo link to make it pass what I want?

If so what do I need to add to send lead_id and dispo?

Yes, you do need some variables at the end

look in /srv/www/htdocs/agc
