Is there a way to show the pause code on the Real-Time Main Report? We need to be able to see why an agent is paused.

It will show them if pause codes are set to active or force for the campaigns.

This is the way it is set but I only get Status "PAUSED" but the pause code field does not appear.

Correction: If set to "Y" the field appears but doesn't force the agent to select the pause code. If set to force the agent is forced to select the code but the field does not appear. I must be missing a parameter somewhere.

This is resolved. I thought the manager had created the pause codes for this campaign and was mistaken. When I created the pause codes, they showed up correctly. Thanks
