Reinstalling from Vicibox with specific revision - SOLVED

Our database server crashed and we are using the latest Vicibox to re-install. Our current revision is not the latest SVN revision. To get the DB back to the same revision as it was and the other servers are, at what stage during the install do I run svn update -r <Old rev number>? Do I do a vicibox-install using the latest SVN trunk and only after that run svn update -r <Old rev number>?

Ok that did not work. When I installed the latest SVN and after that tried to downgrade to the previous revision with perl install I lost connection to Mysql. Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

I thought about the option you mentioned here viewtopic.php?f=8&t=25586#p93304
but if its not available then I would manually edit the bash-script or perl in the never version, i dont remember
but find the line where its doing a svn checkout and add the -r flag

Some feedback if anyone else in future experience the same. I had to eventually ask the Vicidial Group to fix this. They said that there is apparently a problem with MySql 5.5 on Vicidial and they installed MySql 5.1. That solved the connection error.

in which case i would recommend using an older vicibox to get the older mysql, but still get the latest SVN since Vicibox always installs the latest Vicidial codebase but will install the SuSE packages based on the OS on the CD as I understand it.

But we have no issues with Vicibox 4.0.3 with any clients so far.
