Hi guys i been using Dahdi script on this site http://download.vicidial.com/conf/vicidial-dahdi and somehow lately with lates version of Dahdi and latest SVN trunk astguiclient it did not work properly at booting, is there any other dahdi_update script..

Problems are:

- asterisk wont start after boot so i run the asterisk manually.

Any idea on this..? Thanks

check the output when running
/etc/init.d/vicidial restart
but since you have scratch install your setup might differ from what I'm used to, so in system-wide language:
start the asterisk-service like a normal boot would and look at the response, or does it even try to start the service at boot?

You have a scratch install and have not listed your install instructions or a link to them. Since the issue you have is an installation issue ... and we have no information about your installation ... well, you get the idea.

Also worthy of note: you pinged your own post which removed you from the "unanswered" list I usually check. In essence, the system believed you answered yourself and removed you from the list of "those needing answers". Probably did not have the desired result.

If you install a Vicibox server in a Virtual machine, you may be able to extract the proper new startup routine and mimic it in Ubuntu.
