Alternate Number Fields

Can anyone tell me what the dialer is supposed to do when in ADAPT_HARD_LIMIT mode when set to dial alternate numbers, but an alternate number field is not populated.

I am trying to narrow down something I am seeing... I see empty numbers in the vdad live screen.

Do you have auto-alt-dial turned on for the campaign?

How often is it dialing an empty number?

Have you looked at the AST_VDhopper page(leads in the hopper)?
