Hi,

How do i record the transferred calls?

define "transferred"? Are these 3-way calls or calls transferred to a "Transfer Group"?

if 3-way: using the doublelog context is one way
if transfer group: the settings in the ingroup may be used.

Predictive Dial Campaign
Call Recording: force
agent is talking to a customer, agent will call TPV by dial with customer, after introduction agent will press "leave 3 way" . then the recording stops after that
HOw can I still continue the call? or at least record that part of the call?

modify your dialplan to make that call in "defaultlog" instead of "default"

nope that doesn't work. I believe that is only applicable if your dialing using softphone but not with Agent's interface.

should still result in a recording if you pass the 3-way call through defaultlog instead of default. This can be done with the 3-way call dial prefix.

Of course, you should still experiment with a test call to see why it stops recording when force is in place. It may be because the recording is linked to the campaign and the agent has left (thus no campaign = turns off recording). But that outbound call will get recorded if sent through defaultlog, then you just have to figure out how to locate it. I think we modified this for a client to add the resulting calls to the lead record once. But it's been a while and I don't honestly remember.
