does anybody here knows about to configure on how to setup this kind of settings
im done testing it up to dial my inbound number thru softphone and now i want it to test thru web..is it possible?

thru web it means that the agent will log in first to the vici web agent page then it will manually dial my inbound number..is it possible?if yes..how?

modify the user to be allowed "manual dial". Then read the manual as this sort of this is covered fairly well I believe.
