I can't able to agent login in vicidial

I can't able to agent login in vicidial. error : sorry, your phone login and password are not active in this system, please try again: [/b]

But in xlite sip phone extensions are registered.I can able to make the phone calls with in the extensions.

Can you please help me to resolve this issue

Go to the phones-page your-ip-adress/vicidial/admin.php?ADD=10000000000
check if the phones is there and their status is active.

also post you install method, version and build, it is a requirement.

99% of the time "phone login and pass not active" is because you tried to use the wrong credentials. It is easy to grab the wrong values and "think" you got the right ones. Go back and look at the manual and check it carefully.
