manual dial to three way calls

Ok, first i want this to work, however, this is not a game breaker. I think i just want to know if it is possible and what i am running into

The caller uses manual dial to contact the client.
Then they need to send to one of the closers (remote or local, it dont seem to matter)

When i do this, the tranfer-conf option is grayed out, i was wondering if there is a setting somewhere where i can change this

Like i said, not game breaking, but for the future when i may need to use this option more then once every 2 weeks, i will have a answer

describe each button pressed (technical description, actual buttons).

for instance: if manual dial override field is used, of course you can't transfer the call. that is a "feature" not a bug. do not use override if you want to transfer the call later.
