hi
i am using agi-NVA_recording.agi to record the calls of non agents.
below is my dialplan

exten => _X.,1,AGI(agi-NVA_recording.agi,BOTH------Y---Y---Y---N)
exten => _X.,n,Goto(default,${EXTEN},1)
exten => _X.,n,Hangup

exten => h,1,DeadAGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log--HVcauses ... EBUG-----${HANGUPCAUSE}-----${DIALSTATUS}-----${DIALEDTIME}-----${ANSWEREDTIME})


i am going to develop a webpage to display this recording report
the table will be ,
Source | destination | call date time | duration | recordinglocation | hangup cause.

the problem is i am not getting the value for Hangup Cause from Recording_log table or call_log table.
--> from which table i will get the Hangup_cause
--> what does this line will do
exten => h,1,DeadAGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log--HVcauses ... EBUG-----${HANGUPCAUSE}-----${DIALSTATUS}-----${DIALEDTIME}-----${ANSWEREDTIME})
will this line logs the ${HANGUPCAUSE} in any table?

Yes, vicidial_carrier_log
Vicidial Partner. Region: Sweden/Norway.

HI DomeDan

the Uniqueid is only matching the Recording_log and Call_log, its not matching in vicidial_carrier_log

i think the agi-NVA_recording.agi and call_log.agi is not entering any data in vicidial_carrier_log table.
vicidial_carrier_log table has only the logs of call which is made from agent screen or autodial

Well, I can match recording_log.vicidial_id with vicidial_carrier_log.uniqueid

Explain your situation more, post examples and post the dialplan for the "non agents"

i believe matt posted configuration samples to put this information on the Phone record already (ie: viewing the call log for a phone at the bottom of the admin->phones record). about three months ago. without .conf file changes at all. i believe it involves the defaultlog context for the phones in question (instead of "default"), if i recall correctly.

extensions 100 to 110 using this Context (recording)

only in three tables its getting logged
1.recording_log
2. Call_log
3. user_call_log
