Hello!
I've configured a campaing that will dial several numbers and play a message for them. It is working, however i fail to see where i can see if the calls was successfully made or not. The message is played at a extension which also is the extension where a remote agent can be reached.
In what table of the DB i should check for lead status? because right now all leads either have a NEW or NA status in vicidial_list. I know that some got through as all the list has my mobile over and over again.
thank you!
alejandro

Thanks for the reply,
I have in this campaign VDAD as 8365
which is as in scratch install
- Code: Select all
; VICIDIAL_auto_dialer transfer script:
exten => 8365,1,AGI(call_log.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8365,2,AGI(agi-VDADtransfer.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8365,3,AGI(agi-VDADtransfer.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8365,4,AGI(agi-VDADtransfer.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8365,5,Hangup
Remote Agent: 8399
I have set there:
- Code: Select all
exten => 8399,1,AGI(call_log.agi,${EXTEN}
exten => 8399,2,Wait(1)
exten => 8399,3,Playback(tt-weasel)
exten => 8399,4,Hangup
Is this correct?
Greetings
Alejandro

for 8399 you should add a line for AGI(VD_amd_post.agi,${EXTEN}) so that the leaving of the message is logged as a status of AL.
Other than that, for the next release there will be an additional script to use to get some better stats for auto-dial campaigns. Still working on it though.
