i am using asterisk-1.2.12.1 with astguiclient 2.0.1 on centos 4
with x100p card
6 agents with softphones
i am recording all calls
server load is about .65
i have installed as per scratch install but i am having problem in recording of files
there are 2 monitor dirs
in var/spool/astersik/monitor/
and the there is second monitor directory in it and in second monitor dir is having done and orig dir
i was getting this error in my root mail
/usr/bin/soxmix: Overriding output size to bytes for compressed data.
mv: cannot move `/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/20061117-113707_0000000000_61242614269.WAV'
to `/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/ORIG/20061117-113707_0000000000_61242614269.WAV':
so i copied the done and orig dir from /var/spool/asterisk/monito/monitor to /var/spool/asterisk/monitor

but all i am getting is 60 KB files in /var/spool/monitor/DONE not the recording files
then also i am getting the above error
i am not getting the orignal recording files

what should i do
my crontab scripts are running properly as i am not getting any in or out files

some time i am also getiing this error in my root mail

mv: cannot stat `/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/20061118-104528_0000000000_61893862338.WAV':

check that your VARmonitor is set to /var/spool/asterisk/monitor and that there is a DONE and ORIG directory inside of there.

Then make sure that all of those directories are world writable.

Then make sure that when you are recording that the-in and -out files are writing to /var/spool/asterisk/monitor.

VARmonitor is set to /var/spool/asterisk/monitor and that there is a DONE and ORIG directory inside of there.

it is set and DONE and ORIG are there
Then make sure that all of those directories are world writable.
they are writabel
Then make sure that when you are recording that the-in and -out files are writing to /var/spool/asterisk/monitor.

most of them are but when joined they become 60KB even if in and out files are big and listend to them they are fine but when joined they become 60 kb
