Drop call percentage

Hi,

I've set the campaign

Dial Method=ADAPT_HARD_LIMIT
Auto DIal Level=1.277
Drop percentage=60
Adapt Intensity Modifier=4-More Instance
Dial level Diffrence Target

I'm getting the 30 droped call with 666 number dialing with 4 agent.How can I reduce this number of dropped call.

Reduce your Dial Level Difference Target.

But it has already been set 0-0 Balanced.

Try setting it to a negative number "Agents waiting for Calls"

How many agents do your have logged in?

I've 4 agents logged in.I'm using a iax2 trunk with binphone
