Cannot Manual Dial & Sorry, there are no leads in the ho

Hello! I have just installed VICIDIALER but I got these errors... I cannot Manual Dial in /agc/vicidial.php & when I go to /agc/vicidial.php this error occured "Sorry, there are no leads in the hopper". Your response is urgently needed... TY


By the way, I use CentOS, Asterisk1.2.13 & Astguiclient2.0.1

are you using hardphone/softphone
waht happens when you dial directly from the phone byepassing vicidial
and are the leads you loaded are active
and there are leads in the hopper
are your all cron scripts are running properly

hi! thanks for your reply... the problem for the leads/campaign is now ok... The problem is that i didnot put any data for the list_id in the vicidial_list table...

I still cannot do manual dial using vicidial though I can dial bypassing the vicidial... I am using softphone...

Help!!!

Please post output from Asterisk CLI when you try to dial manually.

it seems screen is not installed properly
screen is needed for proper functioning fo vicidial

Yes... all of the crontab entries that are indicated in the scratch_install were copied... Until now my vicidial is not working... HELP Pleaase...
