Leads not loading in Super Lead Loader

I get the following error when trying to upload leads in ver.2.0.1:

Is your vicidial web directory world writable?

What is the filesize of this CSV file?

What is your PHP file upload maximum limit?

Do you have file uploads turned on in php.ini?
